great value in the heart of the city
We had a lovely stay! The rooms were comfy, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff was super friendly and even helped us print our boarding passes. It's super close to cool spots like Plaza Mayor. The only thing was the wifi – kinda spotty in the rooms, but it was decent in common areas. The café nearby made the best café con leche!

Fantastic location and friendly atmosphere
I really enjoyed my stay. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main attractions. The room was immaculate and air-conditioned, making my stay very comfortable. Had a great trip with friends! We loved exploring the Parque del Retiro and the stunning Palacio de Cristal. The location was super central, making it easy to access lively spots. The staff was friendly and helped us with printing boarding passes. There are plenty of nearby bars for breakfast too. Just note that the Wi-Fi is a bit patchy in the rooms.
One downside was that while the rooms were small, the shower had weak water pressure, which was disappointing for the group. We also had to manage a few stairs without an elevator.
